Yen Son - Bac Lung Industrial Park is a multi-industry, high-tech industrial zone that is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, focusing on the development of key industries such as:

Infrastructure at Yen Son - Bac Lung Industrial Park

Power Supply System

The project includes the construction of two new 110kV power stations: Bac Lung 2 Station with a capacity of 2x63MVA, and Yen Son Station with a capacity of 2x63MVA, ensuring stable power supply for the industrial park.

Water Supply System

A new clean water plant will be constructed, ensuring a stable water supply for the project, with a water supply capacity of up to 24,600 m³/day (Phase 2).

Wastewater Treatment System

A wastewater treatment plant will be built in the industrial park, with a total treatment capacity of 5,600 m³/day.

Transportation System

l The main road is 51m wide, with a 30m wide road surface and 8m wide sidewalks on both sides.

l Internal roads are between 24m and 51m wide.

Investment Incentives at Yen Son - Bac Lung Industrial Park

l Corporate income tax (CIT) exemption for the first 2 years, and a 50% reduction for the following 4 years;

l CIT rate of 17% for 10 years.
