Investment Process at Yen My Industrial Park

1. Sign a land lease agreement.

2. Apply for an investment registration certificate, and adjust the investment registration certificate (15 days).

3. Apply for a business registration certificate, tax code, and company seal (5 days).

4. Sign a land lease contract (5 days). Agree on connection points (water supply and drainage, wastewater, electricity supply, and gate positions - 5 days). Submit the basic design and construction drawing approval (30 days).
