Power Supply System

​A new 110/22 kV substation with a capacity of 68 MVA is being constructed to ensure stable electricity supply for the industrial park.

Water Supply System

​The water supply for the industrial park is sourced from the water plant of Nam Son Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company, with a capacity of 15,000 m³/day-night, and from DNP Bac Giang water plant with a capacity of 60,000 m³/day-night.

Wastewater Treatment System

​The wastewater treatment plant has a treatment capacity of up to 12,000 m³/day-night.

Transport System

l External roads are 55 m wide.

l Internal roads range from 15 m to 38 m wide.

l Exemption from corporate income tax (CIT) for the first 2 years, with a 50% reduction for the next 4 years.
