Power Supply System

​Two dedicated 22kV power lines from the Cua Lo Substation, with a capacity of 65MVA.

Water Supply System

​A new water treatment and supply plant within the industrial park with a capacity of up to 20,000 m³/day and night (expandable as needed).

Wastewater Treatment System

​Primary and secondary aeration ponds (AL) and an artificial wetland system with a capacity of 3,200 - 9,000 m³/day (expandable).

Transportation System

​A main road with a width of 67 meters and 4 lanes; branch roads with a width of 30 meters and 2 lanes.

Fire Protection System

​Fire hydrants are installed along the main roads within the industrial park, with a maximum spacing of 150 meters.

Investment Incentives at WHA Industrial Park 1

l Corporate Income Tax (CIT) incentives: CIT exemption for the first 4 years, a 50% reduction for the following 9 years, and an incentive tax rate

of 10% for 15 years.

l Import-Export Tax exemptions: Exemption from import tax on machinery and equipment imported to create fixed assets. Additionally, a 5-year

exemption on import taxes for raw materials, supplies, and components that are not yet produced domestically.
