VSIP Lang Son Industrial Park is located in Lang Son Province, adjacent to the Hanoi - Lang Son railway, surrounded by the Bac Giang - Lang Son Expressway. The Hanoi - Dong Dang railway is planned to become a high-speed railway. This is a strategic gateway connecting Vietnam with China and ASEAN countries, and is the starting point of the Lang Son - Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai Economic Corridor and the Lang Son - Hanoi - Hai Phong - Quang Ninh Economic Corridor.

Power supply system

• Power is sourced from a 110KV/22KV substation located within the project.
• From the 110KV/22KV substation, 6 ring circuits with 12 feeders are distributed to factories.
• Construction of low-voltage substations for lighting, administration buildings, and technical infrastructure areas.

Water supply system

• Construction of a dedicated water supply plant for the project with a capacity of 15,500 m³/day.

Wastewater treatment system

• Construction of a wastewater treatment plant within the park with a capacity of 8,500 m³/day, using a combined physico-chemical and biological technology.

Fire protection system

• Fire hydrants D110 to D315mm are installed above ground, near intersections and along roads, no more than 2.5m from the curb.
• Average distance between hydrants: 100m - 150m.

Traffic system

• Main roads have a width of 85.5m.
