Power Supply System

​The power source for the industrial park is supplied by the Thu Thua 110/22kV substation, with a capacity of 2x40MVA.

Water Supply System

​The water supply plant within the industrial park has a capacity of 29,315 m3/day.

Wastewater Treatment System

​Three wastewater treatment plants are built within the industrial park, with a total treatment capacity of up to 24,000 m3/day.

Internal Road System

​The internal road system has a width ranging from 26m to 77m.

Fire Protection System

​Fire hydrants are placed along the roads in the industrial park. Additionally, specialized water supply areas for firefighting vehicles and a dedicated firefighting team on standby 24/7 are also arranged.

Corporate income tax (CIT) exemption for the first 2 years and a 50% reduction for the next 4 years.
