Power Supply System
Van Trung Industrial Park is equipped with an internal 110/22kV substation with a capacity of 4x63 MVA, connected to the 110kV power line running along National Highway 1A through the park, ensuring a stable electricity supply for production.

Water Supply System
Water for Van Trung Industrial Park is sourced from Bac Giang Water Plant and locally extracted groundwater treated on-site, with a total capacity of approximately 18,300 m³ per day and night.

Wastewater Treatment System
All industrial wastewater is collected and treated at the centralized wastewater treatment station within the park, with a total capacity of 9,300 m³ (for both subzones). The treated water meets Column B of national standards before discharge into the environment.

Transportation System
The main road is 29–33 m wide with a 15 m carriageway; internal roads are 17.5 m wide with a 7.5 m carriageway. Each side of the roads is designed with 5 m sidewalks, ensuring smooth traffic and logistics operations.
