Infrastructure at Van Thuong Industrial Park

Power Supply System
The 110kV Van Thuong substation receives power directly from Ba Ria Power Plant through a branch line from the 110kV Ba Ria - Phu My transmission line. This branch line is 6km long, featuring a single AC-240 overhead circuit.

Water Supply System
Water supply for Van Thuong Industrial Park is provided by Chau Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company and Ba Ria – Vung Tau Water Supply Joint Stock Company. The water supply network within the park consists of pipelines ranging from D100mm to D400mm, ensuring a minimum pressure of 1.3 Kg/cm² and a standard water flow speed of 0.6 to 1.2 m/s.

Wastewater Treatment System
The wastewater drainage system in the industrial park is divided into two parts:

• An internal system in each factory for pre-treatment of special waste;
• An external collection system that channels wastewater to a centralized treatment plant for secondary cleaning to meet TCVN standards before being discharged into the environment.

Waste Management System
Solid waste is collected, gathered, and transported to designated treatment facilities in accordance with regulations.
