Power Supply System
The power supply for the planning area is from Cau Dien 110/22kV transformer station with a projected capacity of 2x63MVA, to be constructed under a separate project of the electricity sector. Power cable routes will be built for the planning area and neighboring areas.

Water Supply System
The water supply station has a capacity of about 8,000 m³/day. In the future, water will be supplied via the F400 transmission pipeline, planned along Ring Road 3 – My Dinh – Xuan Phuong – Road 70B and Road 70.

Wastewater Treatment System
Wastewater from industrial enterprises is collected through D300–D500 pipelines and conveyed to a treatment plant with a designed capacity of 3,500 m³/day, located to the south of the planned area.

Telecommunication System
The telecommunication system meets international standards, ensuring reliable communication. Underground fiber optic cables are directly connected to each enterprise's premises.
