The power source for production is provided by the 110kV/22kV Tran De substation via a 22kV transmission line along Nam Song Hau National Road, connected directly to the industrial park.

Water Supply System
Groundwater is utilized and treated by an on-site water treatment plant with a capacity of 6,500 m³/day and night.

Wastewater Treatment System
All industrial wastewater within the park is collected and treated at the centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 4,800 m³/day and night, meeting Column B standards before being discharged into the environment.

Internal Transportation System
The main road in Tran De Industrial Park is 48 m wide, with a carriageway of 15–26 m. The branch roads have cross-sectional widths of 16–26 m, with carriageways ranging from 6–12 m.
