Electricity is supplied stably and continuously from the 110/35 kV substation at Hoa Mac Industrial Park, Duy Tien Town, Ha Nam Province. Power lines run along internal roads. Enterprises invest in and build step-down substations based on their usage needs.

Water Supply
Clean water is sourced from the Red River Water Plant, with a supply capacity of 31,000 m³/day-night, delivered directly to each land lot’s boundary.

Drainage System
Rainwater and wastewater drainage systems are separated. Rainwater is collected through a system of culverts and drained into canals and rivers. Wastewater must be pre-treated by factories to at least grade B (as per EIA) before being transferred to the cluster’s centralized wastewater treatment plant. Final treatment is to grade A before discharge into the environment.
