Infrastructure of Thien Tan Industrial Cluster

Power Supply System
Total electricity demand is approximately 8,899.3 kVA. Power is supplied from the existing Tan Hoa substation with a capacity of 63 MVA, located about 5.3 km from the project boundary.

Water Supply System
Water is supplied from Thien Tan Water Plant via a D300 pipeline constructed along DT768 Road and Ky Lan Road. Total water demand is approximately 1,300 m³/day.

Wastewater Treatment System
Wastewater is pre-treated at each factory to meet the intake standards of the centralized treatment plant, then collected through a closed sewer system installed along sidewalks and conveyed to the wastewater treatment area located in the northeast of the site.

Telecommunications System
Connected to the existing regional telecommunications network. Total number of subscribers in the industrial cluster is 373. Underground cable systems are installed along main roads and connected to local distribution boxes.
