Power Supply System:
Transmission lines of 110/35/22kV with a total capacity of 126 MVA are arranged along the factory’s fence.

Water Supply System:
Water supply capacity of 20,000 m³/day-night for both industrial and domestic use of workers in the park. Water pipes are installed along the factory fences.

Wastewater Treatment System:
Centralized wastewater treatment station with a capacity of 2,500 m³/day-night.

Internal Road System:
Concrete internal roads are constructed according to standards for 2–6 lanes, 40 meters wide, divided into 4 main lanes. Branch roads are 31 meters wide; inner roads are 15 meters wide.

Telecommunications System:
Fully connected telecommunications system provided by service providers such as Viettel and VNPT.
