The main road is 40m wide with 6 lanes, and branch roads are 24–26m wide with 2 lanes. All internal roads are equipped with high-pressure street lighting systems installed along the roads.

The park features a multi-service, modern telecommunication infrastructure that meets international standards, ensuring reliable and fast domestic and international communications.

Fire Protection System:
Above-ground fire hydrants are installed along the water supply pipeline system in accordance with current fire safety standards, ensuring readiness for emergency response.
