Power supply system
Electricity for Tan Hoi Industrial Cluster is supplied from the existing 22kV power grid running along Provincial Road 785. To meet future electricity demand, the cluster plans to invest in an independent 22kV medium-voltage line.

Water supply system
The investor has completed the construction of a clean water supply system with a treatment plant of 3,000 m³/day-night capacity.

Wastewater treatment system
A centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 2,000 m³/day-night has been completed and put into operation since May 2016.

Telecommunication system
Services are provided by VNPT and Viettel.

Fire prevention and fighting system
Lighting and fire prevention systems have been fully installed and are operational.
