Power Supply System
Electricity is sourced from the Khoai Chau 110/35/22kV intermediate substation, located 200m west of the industrial park's boundary. The projected total capacity is about 61.55 MVA, with plans to install two transformers (63 MVA each). The 22kV power grid will distribute electricity from the substation to the industrial loads.

Water Supply System
The park's total water demand is 11,200 m³/day-night. A water treatment plant with a capacity of 11,200 m³/day-night is planned for construction in the eastern technical infrastructure area of the park.

Wastewater Treatment System
The wastewater treatment plant at Tan Dan Industrial Park is designed with an estimated capacity of 9,000 m³/day-night.

Transportation System

• The main road from Gate 2 to Gate 3 has a roadbed width of 10.5m x 2, a median strip width of 4m, and sidewalks of 7.5m x 2.
• The road from the central administrative area No. 1 running parallel to the main road has a roadbed width of 15m and sidewalks of 7.5m x 2.

Telecommunication System
The industrial park is equipped with a multi-service switching center with a capacity of 1,600 lines, located in the central administration area.
