Wastewater treatment
The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 5,000 m³/day-night.

The main road has 4 lanes, and branch roads have 2 lanes.

Investment incentives at Suoi Tre Industrial Park

Corporate Income Tax (CIT):

l 100% exemption for the first 2 years and a 50% reduction for the next 4 years.

Import and export tax:

​l Exemption for goods such as machinery, equipment, and specialized vehicles for forming fixed assets; raw materials and supplies for producing export goods; and construction materials not produced domestically.

l Exemption for exported goods produced for export under Decree 87/2010/ND-CP.

Remittance tax:

l  Fully exempted.

Value-Added Tax (VAT):

l  Applied to goods and services consumed in Vietnam, collected through production, trade, and service distribution.

l Tax rates: 0%, 5%, and 10%. A 0% tax rate applies to exported goods and certain services, including goods and services supplied to Industrial Parks.
