Internal Road System:
The main road of the industrial park has a cross-section width of 30 m, with a carriageway width of 18 m. Branch roads have cross-section widths from 22.5 m to 26 m and carriageway widths from 10.5 m to 18 m.

Power Supply:
Electricity is provided via a 110/22kV substation with a capacity of 2x63MVA. 22kV lines are connected directly to each land lot.

Water Supply:
Water supply capacity is about 12,000 m³/day, sourced from raw water extracted from the Cai Dau River.

Wastewater Treatment:
All industrial wastewater is treated at the centralized wastewater treatment plant (receiving wastewater meeting Column B standards). The treatment capacity is 7,000 m³/day, and effluent is treated to meet Column A standards before discharge into the environment.
