Infrastructure of Song Dinh Industrial Park

Power Supply System
Currently, power is supplied via the 35KV line from Quy Hop to Quy Chau. A 110/22KV-25MVA intermediate substation is built within the industrial park, delivering electricity to factory boundaries through an underground cable system.

Water Supply System
A water treatment plant with a capacity of 7,000 m³/day is built. Raw water is sourced from the Dinh River, about 1.2 km away. Water is distributed to the factory boundaries via the park’s water pipeline system.

Wastewater Treatment System
Factories within the industrial park must build in-house wastewater treatment systems that meet standard B. The park also constructs a centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 4,500 m³/day, meeting standard A.

Internal Transportation System
The park is located along National Highway 48 and Provincial Road 598. The internal road system is logically planned to ensure convenient and safe connectivity between factories and to external traffic, with road widths ranging from 12 to 42 meters.
