New 110KV Song Cong 3 substation with a capacity of 3x63MVA and 110KV Song Cong 4 substation with a capacity of 3x63MVA will provide electricity to the industrial park.

l Water supply sourced from Song Cong Water Plant and Tich Luong Water Plant, with a capacity of 7,200 m³/day-night.

l A new water treatment station with a capacity of 4,800 m³/day-night will be built.

Fire prevention and fighting system

l The firefighting water system is arranged along the roads.

l Fire hydrants are placed 120m - 150m apart along the roads.

Wastewater treatment system

A wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 11,200 m³/day-night will be constructed.

Traffic system

l External traffic: Ring Road 5 of Hanoi Capital Region with a planned width of 74.5m and 6 lanes; Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway with a width of 34m; DT262 provincial road with a width of 42m.

l Internal traffic: The main road is 36m wide, and branch roads range from 22.5m to 28.5m wide.
