Drainage system

• Separate systems for rainwater and wastewater (industrial and domestic). Rainwater is collected via a drainage system and discharged into local rivers.
• Wastewater is collected and treated at the centralized wastewater treatment plant within the cluster.
• Rainwater drainage pipes are installed along sidewalks on both sides of the roads.

Wastewater and waste treatment

• All industrial and domestic wastewater is pre-treated at factories before entering the drainage system and directed to the centralized wastewater treatment plant. Factories must meet at least standard B (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before discharging into the cluster’s wastewater system.
• The wastewater treatment plant is built with a capacity of 1,500 m³/day-night, meeting all investor needs.
• Solid waste from factories is sorted, collected, and transported to the cluster’s collection area and then sent to recycling facilities for processing.

Telecommunications and Internet

• International-standard telecommunications cables supporting 24-48 lines/ha.
• Underground fiber-optic cables are directly connected to enterprises’ premises.

Internal roads and street lighting

• Well-designed internal roads ensure easy and convenient access to all plots.
