Land rental with completed infrastructure: USD 30 – 50/m² (for the remaining lease term)

Infrastructure management fee: USD 0.4/m²/year

Clean water price: VND 8,800 – 11,000/m³ (VAT included), subject to changes by the Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee

Wastewater treatment fee: from VND 8,243/m³, depending on the quality of input wastewater
