Electricity is supplied from the 110/35/22kV Que Vo 5 substation with a capacity of 2×63 MVA. The 22kV branches are connected directly to each land lot within the industrial park.

Water supply system
The clean water supply system has a capacity of 7,000 m³/day and is pre-connected with pipelines reaching each land lot.

Wastewater treatment system
The centralized wastewater treatment system has a capacity of 7,000 m³/day, capable of treating wastewater to Vietnamese environmental Standard A.

Fire prevention and fighting system
Fire hydrants are arranged along internal roads at intervals of 120–150 meters.

Telecommunications system
All communication lines are routed through an underground technical duct system. 4G and 5G base stations are installed to ensure full coverage across the industrial park.
