​Power supply system

​The power supply for the industrial cluster is sourced from a 22kV power line at Kim Dong 110kV substation (2x63MVA), ensuring a total planned capacity of up to 20,000kVA.

​Water supply system

​The water supply comes from a local clean water plant with a capacity of 25,000 m³/day, available 24/7.

​Wastewater treatment system

​Centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 1,400 m³/day.

​Transportation system

​The industrial cluster connects to National Highway 38, the new National Highway 38, the road connecting expressways 5B and Cau Gie - Ninh Binh. Internal roads in the industrial cluster range from 15 to 24 meters wide.

​Fire protection system

​Fire hydrants are installed along the roads, with a maximum distance of 120 meters between hydrants.
