Infrastructure of Quang Chau 2 Industrial Park

Traffic system
The internal roads in the industrial park have a cross-section width of 27 m; branch roads range from 22.5 to 27 m in width.

Power supply system
Power source: Initially, the power supply for the project will be taken from the 22 kV line 472-E7.18 (22 kV line after Quang Chau 1 110 kV substation), with AC-120mm² conductor.
In addition, the power sector is currently investing in the construction of a new 110 kV Quang Chau 2 substation, which will provide power for the industrial park.

Water supply system
The water supply for the area is taken from the DNP Bac Giang clean water plant.
The connection point uses a D200 pipe reserved for linkage.
The water distribution network is designed as a closed-loop system combined with branch lines running along main roads.

Wastewater treatment system
A separate wastewater treatment station is built in the industrial park, with capacity and standards meeting QCVN 40:2025/BTNMT – National Technical Regulation on Industrial Wastewater, Column A, before discharge into the external drainage canal.

Firefighting system
The firefighting water network is designed together with the domestic water supply system, operating under low pressure.
The required free pressure at the fire hydrant outlet is not less than 10 meters.
