Infrastructure of Phuong Trung Industrial Cluster
Power supply system:
Electricity is provided continuously and stably from the 110/22kV substation. Power lines are installed along internal roads within the cluster.

Water supply system:
Water is sourced from a local clean water plant, fully meeting the needs of all enterprises. Water supply lines are extended to the boundary of each land plot.

Drainage system:
Stormwater and wastewater (both industrial and domestic) systems are separated. Rainwater is collected through a drainage system and discharged into nearby rivers. Wastewater is collected and treated at the cluster's centralized wastewater treatment plant. Stormwater drains are located along sidewalks on both sides of the roads.

Wastewater and solid waste treatment:

• All industrial and domestic wastewater is pre-treated on-site at each factory, then discharged into the main sewer line leading to the central wastewater treatment plant. Factories must meet at least Column B standards (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before discharging.
• Solid waste is sorted, collected, and transported to the cluster’s collection point and then sent to recycling facilities.

Telecommunications and Internet:

• International-standard telecommunications cables are available, supporting 24-48 lines/ha.
• Underground fiber optic cables are connected directly to the factory fence lines.

External traffic connections:

• West: National Highway 21B with a 35m wide cross-section.
• North: Planned road to Do Dong Commune with a 9m wide roadbed.
• South: Inter-communal concrete road to Do Dong Commune with a 7.5m wide roadbed.

Fire prevention and fighting system:
Water supply and fire hydrants are installed along all roads, with hydrants placed no more than 150 meters apart.

Investment-attracting industries:
