Clean water is supplied from internal water treatment plants with a total capacity of 120,000 m³/day-night, meeting Vietnam's water quality standards.

• Raw water source: From Dong Canal at 220,000 m³/day-night, sourced from Dau Tieng Lake (1.58 billion m³).

Wastewater Treatment System

Industrial wastewater is collected and centrally treated at internal treatment plants with a total capacity of 160,000 m³/day-night, meeting Class A standards as per QCVN 40: 2011/BTNMT before being discharged into Ba Tuoi Stream and Cau Duc Stream.

Road System

The industrial park features a spacious road network to meet business needs:

• Main roads: 6 lanes with a right-of-way of 60 m.
• Internal roads: 2-4 lanes with a right-of-way of 18 m - 29 m.
