Power Supply System
The total power demand for the planned area is approximately 133,818 kVA. Power supply is expected to be sourced from Phu Ninh 3 110kV Substation. New 22/0.4kV substations (capacity ranging from 160 to 560 kVA) will be constructed to supply electricity to the entire project.

Water Supply System
Total water demand is approximately 9,200 m³/day and night. Domestic and firefighting water supply for Phase 1 is expected to be connected to the Le My Clean Water Plant.

Wastewater Treatment System
Construction of 02 wastewater treatment plants for each development phase, with a total capacity of 6,500 m³/day and night.

Telecommunications System
The total telecommunications demand of the area is projected at approximately 6,500 units. Telecommunications services for the planned area will be connected from the Phu Ninh District center.
