Clean water will be sourced from Nho Quan 2 Water Plant and Ria Water Plant. Total estimated demand: 12,600 m³/day-night.

Wastewater Treatment:
Maximum wastewater capacity: approximately 11,500 m³/day-night.

Telecommunications:
Telecom standard: 10–30 devices/ha. By 2030, a telephone switchboard of 10,000 numbers is planned to support communication and connectivity needs of the industrial area.
