Investment Process at Phong Dien Industrial Park

1. Sign the principle agreement for subleasing land.

2. Register for an investment registration certificate or amend the investment registration certificate (15 days).

3. Register for an enterprise registration certificate, tax code, and seal (5 days).

4. Sign the land sublease contract (5 days). Arrange for connection points (water supply and drainage, electricity, and gate position - 5 days). Submit the basic design and construction drawing for approval (30 days).

5. Review and approve the fire prevention plan (15 days). Approve the environmental impact assessment report (45 days). Apply for a construction

permit (20 days).

6. Build workshops, install machinery, and equipment.

7. Register for a land use rights certificate (30 days).
