​Construction of a 110/22 kV Yen Lu substation (2x63 MVA) sourced from Bac Ninh, along with the 220/110 kV Yen Dung substation and 110/22 kV Yen Lu 2 substation (2x63 MVA) to supply electricity to the Nham Son - Yen Lu Industrial Cluster and surrounding areas.

Water Supply System

​The water supply for the Industrial Cluster is sourced from a water extraction plant with a total capacity of 12,000 m³/day-night.

Wastewater Treatment System

​The wastewater treatment plant has a treatment capacity of 2,000 m³/day-night.

Transport System

l The main road is National Road 37, 57 m wide.

l Internal roads range from 22 to 38 m wide, connected to each land lot with standard road load capacity, ensuring that container trucks and large load trucks can operate normally.
