The wastewater treatment plant can process up to 2,900 m³/day.

Fire Prevention System

Fire hydrants are distributed along the main roads in the industrial park, with a maximum distance of 120 meters between hydrants.

Investment Incentives at Nghia Dan Industrial Park

l Corporate income tax exemption for the first 2 years, and a 50% reduction for the following 4 years.

l Preferential tax rate of 17% for 10 years.
