Investment Incentives at Nam Cam Ranh Industrial Park

Corporate Income Tax

• New investment projects are subject to a 17% tax rate for 10 consecutive years, starting from the first year the enterprise generates revenue from the incentivized activities.
• Tax exemption for the first 2 years and a 50% tax reduction for the next 4 years from the first year the enterprise has taxable income from the incentivized project.

Import Tax

• Exemption from import tax for 5 years from the start of production for imported raw materials, supplies, and components that are not yet produced domestically for the project.
• Exemption from import tax for goods imported to create fixed assets for projects eligible for investment incentives as per investment laws.

Land Rental Exemption

• Exemption from land rental during the construction period, for a maximum of 3 years from the date of the land lease decision.
• Exemption from land rental for 15 years after the construction period.
