Infrastructure of Nam Cam Industrial Park:
Power supply system:
The total power capacity of the park is 21.5 MVA. Electricity is temporarily supplied by the 110/35/22 kV Cua Lo Substation. A 110/35/22 kV substation (2x40 MVA) is planned for future construction to supply power to the park.

Water supply system:
Water is supplied from the Vinh City Water Plant via Φ500 pipeline and distributed using a secondary pumping station with a capacity of 17,500 m³/day to the internal pipeline network of the industrial park.

Wastewater treatment system:
Wastewater is preliminarily treated in each factory or enterprise to meet Standard C – TCVN 5945-1995, then channeled through a dedicated pipeline to the park’s centralized wastewater treatment area with a capacity of 2x2,500 m³/day. After treatment to meet environmental standards (Standard A – TCVN 5945-1995), the water is pumped to a regulation lake and discharged into the Cam River by basin.

Traffic system:
Internal roads range from 22.25 m to 43.0 m in width, designed for convenient connectivity between factories and to external traffic networks such as National Highway 1A, Nam Cam – Cua Lo Road, and the North–South Railway.
