• Power supply: Provided by two national power sources: the 220/110KV Ba Ria - Long Binh line and Phu My Thermal Power Plant, via the intermediate substation 110/22KV-2x40 MVA.
• Water supply: Sourced from Toc Tien Water Plant with a capacity of 50,000 m³/day.
• Wastewater treatment: A central wastewater treatment plant serves the entire industrial park, receiving wastewater from factories and treating it at the plant. Phase 1 capacity: 1,000 m³/day.
