Power Supply System

The industrial park is connected to the 220kV Lang Giang substation, supplying power to the 110kVA My Thai substation within the park, with a capacity of 2x63MVA.

Water Supply System

The planned capacity of the clean water treatment plant is 4,800 m³/day-night.

Wastewater Treatment System

The wastewater treatment plant has an estimated capacity of 3,500 m³/day-night, located in the technical infrastructure area, with a wastewater pipeline diameter of D300-D400.

Fire Protection System

A low-pressure fire suppression system is used. In case of fire, firefighting vehicles can take water from fire hydrants installed along water supply pipelines. Fire hydrants are spaced <150m apart to ensure effective coverage.

Telecommunication System

A complete telecommunication infrastructure network (technical trenches, cable conduits, manholes, cable pits, etc.) is constructed underground and synchronized with the road system. This ensures seamless communication development in phases, integrated into the regional telecom network.
