Investment Process in Minh Quang Industrial Park

1. Select land location, land size, and finalize land rental price.

2. Sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

3. Pay 40% of the total infrastructure rent.

4. Prepare documents to complete the Investment Certificate and company seal for the new company.

5. Provide documents for obtaining the Investment License and Business Registration Certificate.

6. Sign the principle contract.

7. Pay 30% of the total infrastructure rent.

8. Land handover.

9. Pay 25% of the total infrastructure rent.

10. Sign the official contract and submit the application for the land use right certificate (Red Book).

11. Pay the remaining 5% of the total infrastructure rent.
