Power supply system
The park has a 110kV transformer station. In addition to the traditional grid, renewable energy sources (solar and wind power) are also considered as supplementary power options.

Water supply system
Water is supplied from the existing pipelines (D110, D160, and cast iron D400) along route DT.746F, sourced from the Uyen Hung Water Plant. Water is then directed to two booster pump stations within the park for internal distribution.

Wastewater treatment system
The wastewater treatment plant has a total capacity of 28,309 m³/day.

Telecommunication system
Connected from the Bac Tan Uyen telecommunication network; the main connection point is along route DT.746F. The main cable is extended from the existing network into the park’s pre-installed conduit system to each facility.
