Power supply system

​A 110kV substation with a capacity of 1x63MVA will be built to supply power to the entire industrial cluster.

Water supply system

​The water supply for the cluster is sourced from the Luong Dien and Ngoc Lien water systems, provided by Xuan Hung Water Supply JSC, with an estimated capacity of 3,300 m³/day.

Wastewater treatment system

​The wastewater treatment plant in the industrial cluster has a capacity of 5,000 m³/day.

Transportation system

​The main external road is National Highway 38, with internal roads having widths of 36-48m.
