• Water sourced from the water plant in Hoa Son Commune, Do Luong District, with a total capacity of 10,000 m³/day
• Rainwater collection manholes are arranged to gather surface water across the entire project area, which is then drained into the irrigation canal bordering the cluster

Wastewater treatment system:

• Wastewater is directly collected and sent to the treatment station located within the technical infrastructure area
• Treatment capacity: 21,000 m³/day

Telecommunications system:
Internet and telephone lines are installed to the project boundary

Firefighting system:

• Firefighting water source is shared with domestic water supply
• D125 fire hydrants (according to TCVN 6379-1998) are installed along the main roads, spaced no more than 150m apart

Transportation system:

• Main road: 46m width, with 9m-wide roadways on each side, 4.5m sidewalks each side, and a 19m median strip
• Internal roads range from 15m to 31.5m in width
