Total power supply capacity for the project is approximately 115 MVA. Electricity is supplied from the An Thi 110kV substation.

Water supply system
Water supply for the project is expected to be sourced from the An Thi clean water plant via the southern water pipeline of the project and from the project’s own water plant. Total water demand for the industrial park, including fire-fighting reserve, is approximately 11,500 m³/day.

Wastewater treatment system
Total wastewater volume of the industrial park is approximately 6,200 m³/day.

Telecommunication system
BTS stations will be constructed with a coverage radius of approximately 100–200 meters per station, supporting 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile communication networks.
