Water Supply
Clean water is supplied from Bac Kan City’s water plant with a projected capacity of 377.6 m³/day. Includes a storage tank and intermediate pumping station.

Wastewater Treatment
Central wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 1,000 m³/day. Treated water must meet Column A standards (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before being discharged into the Cau River. Sub-factories must pre-treat wastewater to meet Column B before connecting to the central system.

Internal Road System
Wide internal roads, heavy load-bearing, with lighting. Main road connects to Huyen Tung – My Thanh road.

Fire Protection System
Professional firefighting system with hydrants every 100–200m and a 100m³ water tank for fire prevention.

Telecommunications & Solid Waste Management
Equipped with fiber-optic internet and high-speed connection. Waste is collected and treated according to regulations.
