The wastewater treatment plant has a processing capacity of 800 m³/day.

Telecommunication System

A buried communication cable system is installed and supplied to factory fences through an internationally standardized cable network. All communication needs are met, including private switchboards, international calls, teleconferencing, leased lines, and high-speed internet services.

Investment Incentives at Hung Nhan Industrial Cluster

Corporate Income Tax

• Preferential tax rate of 10% for 15 years or tax exemption for 4 years, followed by a 50% reduction in payable tax for the next 9 years.
• After the preferential period, corporate income tax will be applied based on state regulations at that time.

Value-Added Tax (VAT)

Enterprises are eligible for VAT refunds, except for cases exempted from VAT under Article 5 of Law No. 13/2008/QH12.

Import Duty on Machinery and Equipment

• Exemption from import duties on goods used to form fixed assets for investment projects eligible for incentives under the Investment Law.
• Duty exemption for imported goods used in manufacturing export products.
• Duty exemption for imported goods used for processing and exporting processed products.
• Import duty exemption for 5 years on raw materials, supplies, and components not yet produced domestically, starting from the commencement of production, as per Clause 13, Article 16 of the Law on Export and Import Duties.
