Infrastructure of Hoa Yen Industrial Park

Power Supply System

A new 110kV power station with a capacity of 3x63MVA will be built at the technical infrastructure area (lot HT3) to provide power for production, services, household electricity, and public lighting for all functional zones within the project and surrounding areas. The total required capacity for the area is approximately 228MVA.

Water Supply System

Water supply for the planned area will be sourced from the industrial park's water plant, with a capacity of 24,400 m³/day and night, located in the technical infrastructure area (lot HT2) in the southern part, near the Cau River.

Wastewater Treatment System

Wastewater will be collected and directed to the wastewater treatment plant in the northwest of the planned area through pumping pits. The treatment plant has a capacity of approximately 18,000 m³/day and night, located at the technical infrastructure area (lot HT1) within the planning zone.

Telecommunications System

A fully integrated telecommunications system will be developed, enabling seamless connectivity with the local postal system and the national telecommunications network. The system will be installed underground and synchronized with the road infrastructure. BTS stations will be installed in green areas, medians, or sidewalks depending on the location, ensuring aesthetic and visual appeal.

Firefighting System

The firewater supply system will be integrated with the domestic and industrial water supply network, functioning as a low-pressure fire protection system. The minimum free pressure at the hydrant outlets will be no less than 10 meters. The distance between hydrants will range from 100 to 150 meters to ensure adequate coverage.
