Power Supply
Load capacity of 3000 kVA, supplied from the 110/22kV – 20 MVA Cai Nuoc substation. Construction of 5 new distribution substations 380/220V with a total capacity of 3000 kVA, providing low-voltage 0.4kV electricity for the planning area.

Water Supply
The water demand of the industrial park is about 14,500 m³/day. Supplied from groundwater sources. Water pipelines are laid along the internal roads.

Wastewater Treatment
A centralized wastewater treatment plant will be built with a capacity of about 10,000 m³/day. Wastewater must be treated to standards before being discharged into the common drainage system and the environment.

Telecommunications
Telecommunications are supplied via the network along National Highway 1A, connected through Road No. 1. Optical fiber cables are used along internal roads from the centralized subscriber telephone station.
