Corporate Income Tax incentives

• 4-year CIT exemption and 50% reduction for the next 9 years for new projects in areas with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions or economic zones.
• 2-year CIT exemption and 50% reduction for the next 4 years for projects in difficult socio-economic areas.

Export-import tax incentives
Depending on the sector and field, investment projects are entitled to:

• Import tax exemption for fixed assets, special-use transportation means in project production lines, worker transport vehicles, etc.
• 5-year import tax exemption from production start for raw materials, supplies, components, and semi-finished products not yet produced or not meeting quality standards in Vietnam.
