Power supply system

​Two new transformer stations have been built: Transformer Station T1 with a capacity of 320 kVA-22/0.4 kV; Transformer Station T2 with a capacity of 250 kVA-22/0.4 kV.

Water supply system

​The water supply for the Industrial Cluster is sourced from the Giao Thuy Water Plant located in Giao Tien commune, Giao Thuy district, ensuring a stable water supply for the cluster.

Wastewater treatment system

​The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 1,500 m³/day-night.

Transport system

l The main road is 25.5 m wide, with the roadbed 2x7.5 m wide and sidewalks 2x4.5 m wide.

l Branch roads range from 5.5 to 19 m in width.
