Water supply system:
Water is sourced from the project’s own water treatment plant, which draws groundwater from within the site.
Total estimated water demand: 2,016.45 m³/day (including water for production, domestic use, irrigation, road cleaning, firefighting, and leakage reserves).

Rainwater drainage system:
Rainwater is collected via underground reinforced concrete round pipes (diameter D300–1200mm) and 2.0x2.0m box culverts, combined with reinforced concrete manholes. Water is discharged into the open drainage canals of the project.

Wastewater drainage system:
Underground reinforced concrete round pipes (D400–500mm) combined with reinforced concrete manholes are used to discharge wastewater.

Telecommunication system:
UPVC conduit (D110, 130mm) and underground manholes installed along traffic routes.

Power supply system:
Currently powered by a 35kV overhead line from line 371 – Chi Ne cutting station.

Fire protection system:
D100 fire hydrants are installed near intersections and along internal roads, within 2.5 m from curb edge, with spacing of 100–150 m.
