Infrastructure of Dong Hoi Industrial Park:
Power supply system:
Electricity is supplied from the Nghe An Thermal Power Plant located within the park (Phase 1: 1200 MW). Once operational, it will supply power to the national grid as well as to factories and residential areas in the industrial park.

Water supply system:
The industrial park has a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 8,000 m³/day and is planned to expand to 16,000 m³/day by 2025. Raw water is sourced from Vuc Mau - Khe Lai Lake and distributed through a pipeline system to the factories and nearby residential areas.

Wastewater treatment system:
Wastewater is pre-treated within each factory to meet TCVN 5945-2005 standards before being discharged into the park's centralized collection system. It is then transported to the centralized wastewater treatment plant for further treatment to meet Standard B before being released into reservoirs.

Internal traffic system:
The internal road network is comprehensively designed and well-connected to the existing regional traffic infrastructure. The width of internal roads ranges from 13 to 60 meters.
