Power supply system:
Electricity is supplied from the 110kV Dien Chau substation (110/35/22 - (10+25)MVA) via a 22kV power line running through the area, serving the industrial cluster’s substations.

Water supply system:
Water is sourced from the Minh Chau commune water plant with a planned capacity of 3,000 m³/day.

Drainage system:

• The stormwater drainage network includes D800, D1000, D1200mm culverts and trapezoidal channels of 1000mm and 1500mm, based on controlled elevation points
• Ground leveling is designed with a 0.1% slope from North to South, allowing water to flow along internal roads into a planned canal and then into a 1.5m wide open channel at the southern end, which connects to the main drainage canal in the east

Wastewater treatment system:

• Wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 870 m³/day
• Wastewater is collected via reinforced concrete pipes ranging from D200–D400
• Pipelines are laid along sidewalks following the ground slope to reduce burial depth
• Initial burial depth of the pipeline: 0.7m

Traffic system:

• Main roads are 22m wide with 7.5m carriageways on each side, 2m sidewalks each side, and a 3m median strip
• Internal roads range from 11.5m to 13.5m in width

Telecommunications:
Internet and telephone lines are installed up to the project boundary

Compliant with national fire protection standards
